Workup vs SignalPET
These are not the same purchase. SignalPET is a radiology service you send a study to and pay for per study. Workup is an app in your pocket that measures a heart off the monitor in front of you, for a flat monthly price — and it does the dosing and the calculators too.

VHS/VLAS is canine, from a good-quality right lateral radiograph. On-device means the nine calculators, the 326-drug catalog and the references; VHS/VLAS and the USG Predictor run on cloud inference and need a connection.

Which one
fits you
They are not the same tool, and one of them is not for you
Pick SignalPET
Pick SignalPET if what you actually want is the whole radiograph read — by an AI first and a board-certified radiologist when the AI is unsure — and if per-study billing suits how often you shoot films. It buys a second opinion on the study, which Workup does not sell at any price, and it is by far the larger and more established of the two.
Pick Workup
Pick Workup if you want the measurement yourself, now, off the monitor, without uploading anything or paying per study — and if the dosing and the calculators between appointments matter as much as the film does. On price, compare on volume: at $30-60 a study, one or two studies a month costs more than a year of Workup. They are not substitutes, and plenty of practices would sensibly run both.
Every Workup plan is the entire app and starts with a 30-day free trial. The three cadences and the FAQ are worth reading first.
