Both apps set out to end the tab-switching between patients. The difference is what happens when the job is a measurement, not a lookup: Workup measures VHS and VLAS off a radiograph with a published algorithm, and every calculator keeps working with no signal.

They are not the same tool, and one of them is not for you
Pick Vetool
Pick Vetool if you want an AI scribe for consult notes and a daily-updated literature search, if you need it on the web or a desktop as well as a phone, or if a free tier that never expires matters more to you than a measurement you can publish a citation for. Their subscription buys a broader product than ours; it just does not measure a heart.
Pick Workup
Pick Workup if you measure VHS/VLAS and want a peer-reviewed algorithm behind the number, and if you dose in rooms with no signal. On price, compare carefully: their plan includes a scribe and a literature service that Workup deliberately does not do, so the cheaper subscription is not the same subscription.
